About Daniel
Daniel founded the firm in 1998 after six years defending insurance companies at a Coral Gables defense firm. He saw how carriers valued claims from the inside, and how often injured people accepted a fraction of what their cases were worth because nobody was ready to go to trial.
Today he leads the firm's trial team and focuses on catastrophic truck crashes, wrongful death and cases where the insurer has refused a fair offer. He is a past president of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association (sample) and lectures on cross-examining corporate safety witnesses.
Outside the office, Daniel coaches youth baseball in Pinecrest and rides a 1978 BMW motorcycle he restored with his daughter.
